| ZIPM
allows you to create and maintain an online mailing list. You can mark records to be
Active or Inactive from one mailing to another. Please note that the online database
resides soley at ZIPM, and cannot be exported.
Online Address List (Top
of Page)
This page allows you to enter names and addresses online and
to view those you have already entered.
- To add a New Contact, click the "Add New"
button.
- To edit or delete a contact youve already
entered, click the blue Contact Name you wish to change.
- To exclude a Contact Namewithout deleting it,
just click the Active box.
- The check mark in the Active box disappears. This contact
will not receive this mailing, but you can easily make the name Active again for
future mailings.
- You may also click on any Inactive contacts to include
them in this mailing.
- When you have completed adding names or making changes to this
list, click on the Finish Entry button.
- If you have already sent a mailer to any of the names in
your online list, the date will appear in the Date of Last Mailer column.
- Tip: If you have already created an address list file
on your computer, you do not need to re-enter the names. Just upload the file to ZIPM.
Contact Record Screen (Top
of Page)
This screen allows you to enter or change
information about a contact.
- Type the new information in each box exactly the way you wish
it to appear on your mailer.
- You may omit the Firm Name, but all other information must
be entered.
- A new Contact record is automatically marked as Active.
If you dont want it included in this mailing, click the Active box to remove the
check mark.
- To add another new Contact to your list,
click on the Add New button.
- Click on the "Remove" button to delete the current
record. This action cannot be undone.
- When youre finished adding contacts, click
on the Done button and you will return to the Online Address List screen.
